Carbine Sling Buckles
SC 33397 - This is a cavalry carbine sling buckle. It was dug in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This is a very nice example with a mottled green patina. It's the thicker version, unmarked, very nice example; measures approx. 84.5 x 52 mm. *$174.99
SC 33398 - Nice cavalry carbine sling buckle. This example has an attractive smooth, green brown patina. It was recovered from Stafford County, Virginia and measures 82 x 50 mm approx., is faintly marked and will make a great addition to your Civil War cavalry or buckle collection. *$154.99
Cavalry Horse Bits
SC 0063 - M-1859 CAVALRY BIT - This model 1859 cavalry horse bit was dug in central Virginia. It's a nice original example. This version had the "US" embossed on the sides, it's either come off from wear through the years or it has been removed intentionally for Confederate use. Sold

SC 0039 - INNER-TWINED USA ROSETTE - Attractive patina to the brass, soldered brass attachment loop. This is one of the best I've seen in a while, it's an excellent cavalry collectible in perfect condition. Non-dug. Sold
SC 0031 - CIVIL WAR US CAVALRY ROSETTE - This is an original U.S. cavalry rosette. It's in excellent, dug condition, has the "U.S." on a stippled field. It's hard to beat this one! Sold
SC 0051 - HEART BORDERED ROSETTE - This is a nice rosette, it was dug in the desirable Sayler's Creek Battle area. There are still traces of gilt, this is an uncleaned example. The border has a series of hears, there is a slight push to the front of the rosette. The back has the soldered fill. It measures approximately 44 mm in diameter. $65.00

SC 0083 - Gutter back m-1859 spur. This gutter style having a cast in groove on heel band. This was done to both strengthen and lighten the model 1859 spur. Recovered in central Virginia. *$64.99
SC 0028 - New Item - Very unusual neck on this gutter-style spur. The gutter style isn't as common as the other m-1859 patterns. This example is even more uncommon with its outstretched neck; recovered in central Virginia. *$64.99

SC 0055 - Rare Civil War Cavalry Stippled Spur - This is a very nice, original, dug Civil War cavalry spur. These are rare artifacts, hard to find, this one has the even harder-to-find stippled design. A great example for your Civil War cavalry battlefield display. SC 0048 - This is very nice cavalry spur. It still has the rowel on the back, which is sharp & functional. A nice, brown patina to the iron. SC 0024 - OFFICERS SPUR-I have for your consideration this Civil War officer's cavalry spur. This is a real nice and desirable artifact.
